Description
In this example events are fired from a COM server. Those events have "out" parameters, that will be modified by the client. Just another example of using COM event sinks, combined now with the wonderful __closure C++Builder's feature.

This sample was developed for Madkaikar, since he wanted events with "out" arguments.
