I have had allot of problems in regards to the displaying of data to the user of the program! say you want to read a section of a file and display that text to the user BUT you also want the program to pause for a few seconds. i have created a small function that uses the time.h library to pause your program for how ever many seconds you like:

int wait(){
int start;
for(start=(time(NULL) + 3); time(NULL)!= start; time(NULL)){
return 0;

The number 3 is the ammount of seconds you want the program to pause for! you can change this to any number but currently, this function, WAIT(), pauses for 3 seconds then returns back to your program!
