Not the prettiest entry GUI wise, but probably one of the most likely entries to make it in to one of your applications :-)

Many people use a TTimer or some other similar "constantly checking" method to determine if a file has been inserted /
deleted within a specified folder. This method is a waste of system resources.

The method I demonstrate is to wait for a Windows-triggered event to occur, to ensure the app doesn't hang while waiting the
event-waiting is done within a thread.

Click the "Monitor a new directory" button to monitor as many paths as you like, and then try deleting files / adding files within
those folders.

For the best result, move a file from one monitored path to another.
