Description
The purpose of this design-time package is to replace the standard Delphi component
palette with a more functional floating/dockable IDE form version.

Features include:

- Alternative display mode (tree/dual list).
- Palette can be rolled up (minimized) to leave more room for form design.
- Auto roll-down/up ability on activation/deactivation.
- Form placement stored in a per-project/group basis (in the .dsk file)
- Ability to specify visible component pages per project/project group
(also stored in the .dsk file).
- Ability to sort component pages and component names.

The floating palette can be shown by choosing View/Floating Palette in
the IDE main menu. I suggest that you hide the standard Delphi component
palette as soon as you install the package (you won't be needing it) and
rearrange the toolbars in a single-row layout to gain work space.
