It's simply a Windows script to unload an Internet Information Server (IIS) application.

When you're developing Automation objects
for your middle tier, or Delphi ASP objects, or any kind of
DLL that gets called by a web page running under IIS, the
DLL gets loaded into that process. IIS won't unload the DLL,
therefore Windows will keep the file locked, therefore Delphi
won't be able to write to it.

This sample gives you a script than can be conveniently double-clicked to unload the app and work on.
