If you do have libqtintf.so on your machine (this is a Kylix library) you do not need this.
libqtintf.so.2.2.4 needs to be placed in your lib directory and a symbolic link called libqtintf.so needs to be made to it.
This does require QT to be installed on your Linux Distro to work. Qt comes with all major distrobutions (it is installed if you use KDE).
